Are you a dedicated Registered General Nurse looking for a pivotal role in a care setting?

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RGN to oversee the care and well-being of our clients residents. You will be responsible for clinical care, medication, and leading a team to deliver the highest standards of person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and manage clinical care, including IVs, catheters, wound care, and rehabilitation programs.
• Administer and oversee the safe dispensing of medication.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans, ensuring resident consent and dignity is always respected.
• Supervise and support care staff, ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise effectively with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• A valid and unrestricted NMC PIN.
• A nursing degree or diploma.
• Proven 2 years minimum experience in a care home or hospital environment.
• Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the NMC Code.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.
• The right to work in the UK.
